NVS Construction delivered the $2.2 million Transport Depot project, managing the entire development from concept to completion over an 11-month period. The project included earthworks, footings, slab-on-ground, concrete tilt panel erection, structural steel installation, and roof sheeting, all designed to meet the operational demands of the depot.
The project also featured a 2-story office fit-out attached to the warehouse, which included a boardroom, open hot desk room plan, kitchen, two bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs), and a pop-out bed. The office was interior designed to be a top-of-the-market ergonomic workspace, ensuring a modern, functional, and comfortable environment for all staff. This fit-out highlights NVS Construction’s attention to detail in creating both industrial facilities and high-quality office spaces.
