Dry Mess Refurbishment Works

NVS Construction carried out a full renovation of the main commercial kitchen at the Mine Processing Village (MPV), ensuring compliance with current hygiene codes. The project included the demolition of tiled floors, installation of new screed and vinyl, and the application of Whiterock wall finishes. The works were carefully staged to keep the kitchen operational throughout, achieving seamless project delivery.

MPV Room Refurbishments

This refurbishment involved the removal and reinstatement of mould-affected walls, replacement of shower base silicone, deep cleaning, and repainting of 70% of wall surfaces in accommodation units. Working closely with the Village Superintendent, NVS Construction developed a solution to improve the environment within the rooms, reducing the likelihood of future mould issues without extensive works. This proactive approach has been a significant success.
