NVS Construction successfully delivered a $3.5 million fit-out for the Treeby IGA, located in the heart of the rapidly growing suburb. The project involved the installation of state-of-the-art cool rooms and freezers to meet the supermarket's operational needs. The development also included a medical centre upstairs and a pharmacy downstairs, providing essential services alongside the supermarket.
Working closely with Metcash, Australia's leading wholesaler, NVS Construction ensured timely completion of the project. Ample car parking was provided to serve both the new supermarket and the existing childcare facility. To create a sense of connection within the community, the design incorporated landscaping and feature artwork, enhancing the area's appeal and fostering a welcoming environment.
