From a carpentry trade background of more than 22 years, Russell has spent the last 12 years either Project Managing, Estimating or Site Managing various projects. These works have covered vast market segments including Aged Care, Residential, Office Fit Out and Commercial/Industrial builds.

As the Director and Construction Manager of the company, Russell is responsible for providing technical expertise on construction methods and site management, complying with standards, improving efficiency and managing staff.
